Sexual Offenders and Predators

Information concerning sexual predators residing in the Village of Key Biscayne may be obtained from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement web site. Their database contains public record information on offenders classified as sexual predators and sexual offenders under Florida law (Section 775.21 F.S.) because of a conviction for a sex-related crime and/or a specified crime against children. They are not wanted by the police at this time. The information is made available to interested citizens to help them educate themselves about the possible presence of such offenders in their local communities.

The web site should be used for information purposes only. Use of the information to threaten, intimidate or harass any person listed on the FDLE site will not be tolerated in any manner.
